		<description>My thoughts on this have always been that if people &quot;feel&quot; like the economy is improving, they will help to pull it up. A lot of individuals make personal spending and business spending decisions based on what they think the economy is doing next. 
 
For example, a year ago I might not have made a large purchase because I was concerned about my job. Today, I might go out and buy that flat screen TV (with cash, of course), because job security is looking much better. 
 
Doesn&#039;t that then help the economy overall? 
 
Just my 2 cents... </description>
