Jim Gillespie, CEO of Coldwell Banker, recently told Yahoo! Tech Ticker that it is the absolute best time to buy a house!  Let me guess, he also thought 2 months ago was the best time.  And 6 months ago.  And 1 year ago.  And 2 years ago.  Yes, and I imagine 3 months from now will also be the best time again.  Come to think of it, it is ALWAYS the best time to buy a house!  I think there are better people to interview than the Coldwell Banker CEO for analysis and commentary on housing, no?
